To become a Trainee Surveyor you must be able to meet the following criteria:

An RICS accredited degree with one year or more of property related work experience
An RICS accredited HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree with 2 or more years' property related experience
4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required) i.e. negotiator level Estate Agency or equivalent.
