The role of Facilities Coordinator is crucial for our organisation, and hiring for this position is essential for several reasons.

As our Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities services are provided in the most effective and efficient way possible.

You'll be the first point of contact for our Facilities department, providing support and assistance to ensure that everything runs smoothly.


Not only will you be responsible for managing our facilities, but you'll also be a key player in our security team.

We need someone with a high level of security awareness who understands emergency evacuation procedures and Health & Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of Facilities Management services to a high standard. Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations
  • To be responsible for onsite team and all external contractors in the building on a daily basis, Cleaning, Maintenance, Plant Maintenance and Pest Control ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are maintained
  • Carry out building & meeting room checks on a daily basis, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Assist with reporting and compliance in relation to P&C reporting and compliance inclusive of Personnel Records, Right to Work, Onboarding, etc. in support of management team
  • Assist with creation and review of documentation, processes and procedures ensuring continuous improvement and best practice
  • Ensure attending contractors onsite have authority to work and have provided the correct health and safety documentation to commence work. Record contractor activities onsite
  • Support senior management and wider teams with Administration and Business Support Functions as/when required

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • IOSH or other Health and Safety qualification desirable
  • Experience working within a Facilities environment
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
  • Good understanding of M&E
  • Strong track record of managing external relationships
  • Demonstrable understanding of purchasing & procurement processes
  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
