Management and Development/Leadership Coach

Location - Home/Remote/Site based (3 days a week). (Hybrid Working)

£37,000 to £42,000.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Management and Development Coach to continue to offer our clients and learners the best possible service.

Management and Development Coaches facilitate group training sessions.

They support their learner's developing knowledge and improving competencies in relation to the apprenticeship standards (Team Leader L3 and Operations/ Departmental Manager L5).

This role will be a hybrid working model with a blended training approach with the requirement to be on site delivering face to face training 3 days a week.

You must be innovative, able to manage change, have excellent communication and influencing skills, be results driven and understand what makes a business or organisation successful.
