We are currently recruiting for a number of Learning Support Assistants/ Teaching Assistants to start immediately

This will initially be a temporary role to start ASAP with the possibility of extension or a permanent role.

The role will be pm everyday.

About the Role;

You'll be participating in timetabled activities and providing support to learners to ensure they are reaching their academic potential.

With your strong communication skills, you'll establish good working relationships with learners to enable the learner to build and develop their confidence and motivation.


Your role will be to assist the students in their studies and to ensure the delivery of an effective programme.


  • Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and bring a sense of energy and passion to the role
  • Have a positive attitude and a can do approach
  • Have a good level of general education
  • Have the ability to use your initiative to work independently and flexibly
  • Have experience of working with children or young adults
  • Enjoy working with students and be able to form good relationships with students
  • Have experience working as an LSA or a TA
