***: Based in our Salford office, the Credit Co-Ordinator - GBS Shared Services EMEA will be part of Order To Cash team. The position will be responsible for Cash Allocation for the EMEA region, reviewing and assigning customer credit limits for new and existing customer, analysing customers approaching their credit limits, supporting with the release of blocked customers/orders and credit management analysis.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Daily Posting of Customer receipts for all EMEA banks and customers
  • Assisting in the final stages of new customer set up.
  • Reviewing and increasing existing customer credit limit
  • Analysing customer accounts approaching their credit limit,
  • Creating credit cases requesting credit limit increases.
  • Prepare proposals for high value credit limit increases to provide management with essential data to support the approval process.
  • Maintains the FSCM Credit information on a customer's account which includes the credit limit and risk classes.
  • Review and utilize reports generated from GBS for accounts approaching the customer's credit limits, appropriate risk classes and reviewing and reacting to the highrisk country report.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:


  • AAT qualified/student or similar level of knowledge/experience
  • Experience in similar accounting role (12 months+)
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge and prior use of SAP preferable
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment
  • Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in English language (written & verbal)

PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:


  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
  • Hybrid working 2 days in the office per week
