Technical Lead

Remote / Hybrid - ideally located Midlands, travelling distance from Derby

Full time, permanent

Salary:
£52-68K DOE

Technical Lead, the role:


  • Coordinating Technical Delivery of client projects
  • Assuring management of project technical resources
  • Developing creation and direction of DevOps backlogs
  • Working alongside technical architects to define ownership of development solutions
  • Establishing Technical Representation within Client Communications and Reporting
  • Creating and issuing Change Requests for budget, time and/or scope
  • Executing Technical requirements for Weekly resource planning
  • Undertaking consultancy workshops
  • Holding accountability for product quality including code reviews, unit and QA testing
  • Supporting the P3O on the continuous improvement of the function as well as the creation and delivery of client programmes of change

Technical Lead, the perfect applicant:


  • Previous experience in a Senior Developer or Technical Lead role
  • Batchelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related degree would be ideal
  • Certified Azure Developer Associate desirable
  • Knowledge of C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps,.Net Core,.Net Framework, Bot Framework 3 and 4, as well as Azure (SQL, App Services), M365 and Graph (Teams, SharePoint), MS Power Platform, REST, REACT
  • Great team leader and mentor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
