The Learning Curriculum Coordinator, as a part of the whole global L&D team, plays a critical role in driving Aon to be a true learning organisation and delivering on Aon's L&D strategy.

In this role you will support the design, development and delivery of engaging, high quality strategic learning programmes to develop colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients, support career progression and drive sustainable growth for the firm.

Through supporting global learning projects and programmes across all regions and businesses, the role will help engage, develop and retain our high potential, high performing and diverse talent through targeted learning experiences, programs and tailored support.

The role offers the opportunity to gain experience in all elements of L&D and will give insights into programme design, digital learning curation and facilitation of our learning sessions.

Working closely with and learning from global team members will also help to build a diverse Aon IQ network.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office or one of our South East offices.

Some local and international travel may be required to support delivery of learning programmmes. Aon is in the business of better decisions

What the day will look like

The Learning Curriculum Coordinator will be involved in a range of L&D projects that support the development of our global learning curriculums, including in-person, virtual and digital learning offerings.

Responsibilities will be varied depending on the varied projects being completed and will include support across a range of our global L&D projects and initiatives.


These will include:


Supporting the development of programs, tools and resources that enable our focus on continuous learning across our full L&D curriculum portfolios.

Collaborating across the L&D team to provide a seamless delivery and an impactful development experience for colleagues.

Working effectively with Curriculum Managers to support and adopt best practice development solutions that ensure a global and consistency approach.

Providing facilitation support for both in-person and/or virtual learning workshops. How this opportunity is different

As a Learning Curriculum Coordinator you will be part of the global L&D Team, working on learning projects and programs that are critical to the development of our colleagues around the world.

The role will contribute across the various learning curriculum portfolios, ensuring a broad range of interesting projects to work on and ensuring you feel connected to the L&D strategy and see how you can add value.

Throughout the project work you will be able to learn from experienced colleagues to build your L&D skills - including facilitation of our sessions, designing new workshops and developing our digital learning portfolio - and develop professional skills - team collaboration, communication and project management.

The role will work across the various learning curriculum portfolios, ensuring a broad range of interesting projects and enable you to grow your career.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Understanding of the design of learning programmes to meet corporate objectives
Experience developing and facilitating learning sessions for varied audiences - both in-person and virtually
Cultural competence and proven ability to work across cultures and geographies
Excellent team collaboration and project skills, including ability to support multiple projects within a busy, team environment
