THE ROLE


The Content Marketing Assistant will have a passion for content creation, an understanding of marketing strategies, and a knack for identifying engaging, relevant topics.


This position will play a critical role in developing and executing content strategies through the creation of engaging and exciting content for the legal sector to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and increase lead generation.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Core responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimisation of content marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.
  • Write and edit highquality content for various channels including blogs, social media, newsletters, case studies, white papers, and the company website.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to guide content topics.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and quality of content
  • Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates) and provide regular reports.
  • Use data to understand the effectiveness of our content strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

Supplementary responsibilities

  • Support bid creation and the sales team with standardised content
  • Support the development of product marketing materials and product gotomarket strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field, however if you're passionate about a career in content Marketing we would still love to hear from you
  • We're looking for someone in the early stages of their career with 12 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Basic knowledge of digital publishing platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends and best practices

Desired

  • Knowledge in the legal technology sector would be advantageous
