HYBRID WORKING
Fox Morris are working with Lambeth Council in relations to finding a
YOS Prevention Officer to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

The postholder will work in partnership with families using a whole family model.
They will provide a link between the family and other agencies and act as the Lead Professional.
The focus of casework support will be on families with multiple and complex problems and the post holder will complete assessments ensuring needs are met.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
