Location - London

£125,000/£150,000 circa + bonus + bens

Alexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering a highly successful Telco organisation with the key appointment of a Director of Internal Audit


We are seeking a Senior Audit Leader (with a telco background) to lead this newly created team which is responsible for overseeing strong governance by providing high quality assurance and driving business improvements to support the organisations strategicobjectives.

You will be a strong team manager/leader as you will be taking control of this newly created team which is responsible for the following

  • Perform detailed walk
- through for the areas assigned for each review

  • Perform audit testing as outlined in the testing strategy
  • Identify risks / weaknesses / issues and suggest improvements and close out issues with relevant line management
  • Attend close out meetings to discuss findings identified
  • Draft findings for inclusion in the report
  • Escalate risks / issues within the team during team meetings
  • Assess, evaluate and promote compliance to internal processes and policies
