Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
Develop and maintain a comprehensive beverage menu, including specialty cocktails and seasonal offerings
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service for banquets and events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and storage areas
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Skills:

Proven experience in bartending, with knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food production and catering operations is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
