Therapeutic Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Therapeutic Support Workers to assist in various alternative provisions.
No prior experience required, as long as you resonate with our principles and beliefs that every young individual deserves nothing but the best.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with an experienced SEN teacher to help students overcome learning obstacles and facilitate rapid progress.
- Work with the class teacher to provide top-notch interventions supporting students in reaching their EHCP targets.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior in line with the school's behavior policies.
- Adhere to the school's safeguarding protocols and report any concerns through the designated procedures.
- Proficient in offering therapeutic interventions to children with significant learning challenges.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the well-being of all students.
- Resourceful in finding innovative ways to cater to students' needs, adjusting strategies based on individual learning and communication requirements.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is temporary, with a chance for permanency in the future.
