Description
Organise and maintain Trust systems used within the CET. Act as a first point of contact for queries coming into the team and respond proactively.

Gain a good understanding and technical use of the Trusts online audit tool (AMaT) Support the CE Team in setting up and running clinical effectiveness projects, including audits, service evaluations, studies linked projects, and NICE guidance compliance Produce automated reports and assist in quality assuring the output and provide initial advice to colleagues about the relevant reports.

Coordinate and participate in relevant meetings, reporting attendance and providing concise meeting minutes and action Carry out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas of Organise and provide administrative support for CET projects and meetings.

Support the CETs responsiveness by producing and disseminating governance materials (e.g. agenda, minutes, actions). Diary management for CET leads. Establish and maintain effective and efficient administrative processes and systems for the CET Team.
