An immediate temporary position has arisen to work for a local manufacturer and supplier as a Customer Service Advisor due to an increase in workload.

You will be required to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers whilst continuallystriving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, therefore maximising the potential for increased sales.

The role will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and will be office-based working closely with the Order Processing Department.


Job Description:


  • Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and relevant correspondence
  • Building on and strengthening customer relationships
  • Proactively updating customers positively and negatively
  • Ensuring the customer relationship is strong providing a topnotch service
  • Progressing customer orders to ensure timely deliveries to suit
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Strong previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Proactive approach for every single customer
  • Inbound customer service experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work using own initiative must have a "can do" attitude

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Salary:
£10.93 per Hour
