The countries leading distributer of wet leisure products. Great team to be a part of and company culture. This is an opportunity to gain experience within an Accounts Payable team.


Responsibilities

  • Raise Sales Invoices and Credit Notes.
  • Cover Credit Controller's leave.
  • Assist with general accounting duties and support the Company Accountant.
  • Take payments for sales orders & action associated processing on system.
  • Manage internal NCR process.
  • Assist Customer Services with the typing of Sales Quotes.
  • Handle general customer enquiries (e.g.) tracking orders, stock level enquiries, damaged/incorrect items received etc.
  • Chase Suppliers at month end for outstanding 'Direct' Sales Invoices.
  • Monthly Proof of Shipments report
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • They should have the ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have a proactive way of working with a cando attitude

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
