Responsibilities
- Raise Sales Invoices and Credit Notes.
- Cover Credit Controller's leave.
- Assist with general accounting duties and support the Company Accountant.
- Take payments for sales orders & action associated processing on system.
- Manage internal NCR process.
- Assist Customer Services with the typing of Sales Quotes.
- Handle general customer enquiries (e.g.) tracking orders, stock level enquiries, damaged/incorrect items received etc.
- Chase Suppliers at month end for outstanding 'Direct' Sales Invoices.
- Monthly Proof of Shipments report
- Have excellent attention to detail
- They should have the ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have a proactive way of working with a cando attitude

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
