DELMONTE ARE LOOKING FOR A FINANCE AND ADMIN OFFICER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN NORWICH. WE HAVE OVER 50 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RECOVERY AND BREAKDOWN.


THIS ROLE IS VERY VARIED AND REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO PRIORITISE AND JUGGLE THEIR WORKLOAD, HAS EXCELLENT ORGANISATION SKILLS AND GOOD AT RETAINING INFORMATION.

WE WORK FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES, MOTORING CLUBS, THE NORFOLK POLICE, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

THE POSITION IS FULL TIME BUT WE WILL CONSIDER PART TIME, WITH FLEXIBILITY FOR HOLIDAY COVER.


THE JOB WILL INVOLVE:

ALL ASPECTS OF BOTH SALES AND PURCHASE LEDGER

DAILY COSTING AND INVOICING OF ALL RECOVERY JOBS
WEEKLY / MONTHLY RECONCILATIONS


WEEKLY BANKING AND PETTY CASH

PAYROLL

MONTHLY REPORTS TO THE MD
ASSISTING WITH THE RECOVERY CONTROL, DISTRIBUTING JOBS AND DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC.

FIRST POINT OF CALL FOR UTILITIES, HOLIDAYS AND PENSIONS

EXPERIENCE OF SAGE AND SAGE
PAYROLL IS ESSENTIAL, PLUS A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS BOOK KEEPING.

GOOD EXCEL SKILLS WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS.

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
