The
Upex Group is currently seeking a caring and compassionate
Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care services to our client.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities and personal care needs, while also promoting their independence and dignity.

Location:
Norwich

Care Assistant Pay Rate:
£10.65 per hour (teavel time paid at £9.50 per hour and a milleage allowance of 25 pence per mile)

Care Assistant Shift Pattern:
working 5 days out of 7 with 2 shifts available 07:00 to 14:00 or 15:00 to 22:00

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help clients with mobility and transfers, using safe techniques and equipment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
Monitor and record clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Care Assistant or similar role
A caring and compassionate nature, with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to provide highquality care services to clients
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
