Nursery Nurse / EYFS Teaching Assistant

Looking for an exciting and fulfilling role in early years education?


Look no further than our agency We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse to work in a small Nursery located in the Tyldesley area of Wigan.

The role is available immediately and will continue until July 2023, with the potential for extension.

You will be working from 8:30am to 3:30pm, five days a week, with daily pay rates of £75-£80 depending on experience.


As a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse, you'll be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young children aged 0-5 years.

You'll be working alongside experienced teachers and other professionals to create a fun, engaging and nurturinglearning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.


Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Assisting with planning and delivering activities and lessons

Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Supporting children with their personal care needs

Keeping records of children's progress and development

Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery


To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years education and experience working with young children.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable, flexible and enthusiasticabout your work.
