Newly Weds Foods Ltd is seeking to recruit an
Administration Assistant to work alongside the Supply Chain Department.

Based at our Head Office in Ossett, West Yorkshire, you will be responsible for supporting the various teams within the Supply Chain Department including Customer Services, Inventory, Planning and Trasnport.


The Position

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties to support the team
  • Daily reporting tasks on KPI's
  • Raising production orders
  • Maintaining booking in form for customer deliveries
  • Creating export documents
  • Chasing outstanding supplier deliveries
  • Performing validation checks on orders processed

Person Specification

  • Previous administration and reception experience within a busy environment
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workloads in order to ensure deadlines are met
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to work using own initiative

Hours of work are 371⁄2 hours per week
