Reed Engineering are working alongside a service company to the Oil & Gas industry who are looking to add a Graduate Proposals Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be based in Glasgow.


This is an exciting opportunity for development within a fast-paced environment to utilise your academic knowledge into a practical setting gaining hands-on experience.


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (early finish every Friday)


Salary:
£24K - £28K


Daily Duties -

  • Assist the proposals department in the review, understanding and documenting of client enquiries
  • Preparation of quotations based on the client specifications and instructions
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure tenders and quotations are submitted accurately and on time
  • Become familiar with the procedures, hardware and software systems required to carry out the tasks
  • Become familiar with products and their functions you can offer
  • Maintain records of personal development and training
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Highly motivated and keen to develop skillset and gain experience from qualified Engineers
  • Ability to work within a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
