THE ROLE
Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing accounts they are now looking for an Event Producer to come on board and work across their diverse portfolio of projects

A broad role responsibilities include:

Working across a range of live, hybrid and virtual projects
Client and account management
Ideation and inputting creative ideas into projects and proposals
Overseeing the creative process including event design, graphic production and 3D design
Preparingclient, supplier and crew briefing documents
Creating and communicating project timelines
Collaborating with and managing internal resource across departments
Working with Production Managers to coordinate technical and production requirements
Preparing the run of shows and technical running orders
Managing external supplier coordination
Ensuring H&S across events
Budget management
