Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team.

As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing tiles in various settings to create aesthetically pleasing and functional surfaces.

Duties:

Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners using tools such as tile cutters and saws.
Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, and leveling the surfaces.
Install tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, walls, patios, and other areas according to design plans.
Ensure tiles are properly aligned and leveled.
Fill joints with grout and remove excess grout for a clean finish.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in tile setting.
Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to read schematics for tile layouts.
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience with painting or finishing work is a plus.
