Job Profile


The role will be interesting and varied with no one day being the same and will suit someone with a dynamic and adaptable nature and with a drive to succeed and achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.


Primary responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients, gauging their recruitment needs and sourcing top talent through various platforms to fill their vacancies.
  • Communicating with clients clearly and addressing their concerns, resolving any issues or conflicts are they arise, and managing expectations appropriately.
  • Liaising with and building strong relationships suppliers and internal departments.
  • Use of CRM and other company systems to ensure all data is captured accurately and securely.
  • Visits to client sites as and when required.

Skill/Experience

  • A minimum of 3 consecutive years of recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 role. Able to identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Ability to prioritise workload is essential.
  • Able to interpret information and data in different formats and layouts.
  • Able to think on feet and adapt in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
  • A drive to succeed and achieve targets.

Hours:


  • Mon
  • Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
*You may be required to work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business
