Description

Our Horsham-based client, experts in sourcing, supplying and repairing specialist parts and equipment to their international clients are looking for a Sales and Service Manager to drive business forwards with a client-focused approach to delivering results.

The role is responsible increasing customer acquisition and hitting revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative, maximizing sales team potential through successful management (setting objectives and milestones, coaching and performancemonitoring of sales representatives), producing and implementing strategic sales plans that build on the existing customer base and justifying plan deliverability to upper management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading by example to achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement strategic business plans
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their specific, individual needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status

Requirements:


  • Good organisational and planning skills with proven track record of project / task prioritisation and management
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Good understanding of customer requirements with proven track record in meeting customer expectations
  • Willingness to adopt flexible work patterns when required to meet business needs
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within a 'servicefocused' environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills and a 121 and team basis
Office-based role, working
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pmand offering a **salary of up to £45,000 (dependent on relevant experience).
