My client are a global business that have seen exponential growth this past year. They are now looking to recruit an International Tax Manager for their team based in London. This individual will oversee all International tax matters, US tax reporting requirementsand transfer pricing needs for the business.

Roles and responsibilities:

Design processes to optimise the data gathering and processing for tax reporting needs to achieve efficiency.
Prepare provisions for reporting to the group tax function and overall business.
Input information into US tax forms by working with local finance teams where needed.
Assisting with preparing updates to Transfer Pricing documentation for international groups.

Qualifications:

Strong US tax reporting experience
Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
CPA or CTA/ ACA qualified
