Description

For our hotels in Glasgow we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who feels connected with hospitality and can manage all legal requirements for the assets.

Principal accountabilities

To be responsible for the complete maintenance in the hotel(s).
To be responsible for the basic maintenance tasks as:
Property Audits (4x per year)
Overlook Planned Preventive Maintenance
Manage meter readings/consumption
Manage ACOP L8 Compliance / Control of legionella
Supporting Maintenance Technicians
Manage Mechanical

- and Electrical installations and equipment

Manage Fire & Life safety installations and equipment
Overlook maintenance goods and stock.
Manage maintenance budget
Staff training on maintenance when required
Manage followup repairs, callouts and services
Manage PAT testing (training and equipment will be provided)
Liaison with Hotel manager (captain) and Maintenance Technician in hotel portfolio
Liaison with external service contractors for servicing and repairs.
Flexibility working early and/or late shifts, including weekends
Use our digital system GXP on for all maintenance work.

Technical requirements/experience/qualifications

Proven track record in hotel maintenance
Previous proven experience with and understanding of fire alarm system & sprinkler system is a must.
Eligible to work in the UK
Certified for Electrical

- or Mechanical Installations in an advantage.

Must be a good communicator internally and externally.
Fluent English and excellent written English essential
Good understanding of IT systems and software
Willing to travel
