Salary:
£22,000 - £23,000

Hours: 8:30 to 5:00


The Company:

We are a family-owned group of companies.

As a Group we have been dealing with Property Management (both UK Commercial and Residential Properties as well as Dubai Properties).

Our company which we are recruiting for, which is part of a group of Companies (Find UK Property, Rent UK Property & Sell UK Property), have been operating for just over 10 years now.


The Role
A new opportunity has arisen in an expanding property management company.

We are looking for a bright account administrator to assist in our busy finance and office management department.


Key Duties Include

  • Assist Clients Annual Tax Return
  • Assist Prepare Clients Rental Statement
  • Assist Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist Reconcile Company Credit Cards statements
  • Inputting Invoices onto Sage
  • Resolve outstanding issues on client tax return
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure invoices and discrepancies are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other adhoc tasks as required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferrable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word packages
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Good organisational ability
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work
A good team player - approachable, adaptable and committed

What We Do
We offer a fully client based serviced approach to investing in properties. We acquire properties from the open market, renovate them to a set standard and specification, pass them onto our lettings department for maintenance and management and we resell to investors


We have various different departments including Property Surveying, Renovations, Lettings, Maintenance, Property Management, Legal Department and relevant Sales & Marketing Departments etc.

We do everything in-house.


Due to our success, we have recently been featured on the popular BBC TV Show Homes Under the Hammer numerous times.

The BBC really liked our model and has featured our Company in 3 episodes within a 12-month period - a BBC record They have also recently filmed us in TWO further episodes These latest episodes are yet to be released and have been put on hold due to the Cov-19.

They have also shown interest in featuring our Company in further episodes.
