Business Transformation is a new team in the Transformation Division.
Working hand in hand with each of the business functions, this team are responsible for taking our strategy and translating this into programmes of work to transform & grow our business to deliver a better proposition and experience for our customers, enabling us to compete sustainably and more profitably over time.
As a Head of Transformation, you will be at the heart of helping the CTO & Operating Board shape and deliver our 3- to 5-year Transformation agenda and responsible for the delivery of key outcomes that contribute to the success of the strategy.
Working with the Director of Business Transformation as part of a small, but mighty, team you will be responsible for leading complex, end-to-end Transformation programmes on behalf of the business.
You will pull together & lead the right cross-functional team on programmes from ideation through to initial implementation working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business at all levels to lead and accelerate change.
As the face of the programme, you will galvanise others to get behind the change, and champion a Transformation mindset.
What you Need to Know & Show:
- Excellent thought leadership: Driving end-to-end thinking, employing an outcome-centric & hypothesis-led approach to problem solving & innovation.
- Brilliant strategic programme management: Leading change at pace through excellent crossfunctional working
- Owning end to end storytelling, inspiring change up to and including DD & Ops Board level.
- Forwardthinking & proactive leadership, to own the narrative and manage/mitigate risks.
- An agile mindset to break down & accelerate delivery of complex programmes.
- Leading by example, championing a transformation mindset and collaborative ways of working that are truly crossfunctional and connected.

- Successful experience of working on shaping and implementing major Change projects/programmes.
- A strength in using data, insight, and external innovation to drive complex decisions/projects.
