Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business.

At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

Your unique contribution

You will have 6 main areas of responsibility:
Brand Education and Mentoring - Create brand advocates all over the world and at home. Be an impactful storyteller and educator executing Chivas Brothers' education programme. Maintain expert knowledge on Scotch whisky and win hearts and minds through presence and delivery. Travel to support affiliates and global teams in promoting our brands to an international audience. Act as brand and company spokesperson in press, broadcast and events. Inspire internal audiences including international brand ambassador community through authority and knowledge.

Hosting - Build relationships through corporate hosting at Linn House, educating and inspiring conviviality through education, activities and social events.

Support new initatives and VIP experiences to trial, track and evaluate to optimise experiences.

VIP relationship and luxury business development - Develop and maintain relationships with Chivas Brothers' VIP network through VIP hosting and education and overseas travel to activate and drive commercial success of luxury programmes.

Brand Management and insight - Support brand experience and advocacy team, brand home teams and global brand teams in key projects related to brand and experience building.

For example - influencer management, drinks strategies, innovation and product launches, trade advocacy strategies, content development.

Social Media - Develop and manage a high-profile social media presence to target consumers, influencers, key contacts, and opinion leaders.

Measurement and reporting - Create monthly report for internal circulation on brand ambassador activities detailing project and overseas work, impact, key learnings and insights.

Your blend of talent

Have experience in a senior advocacy role.
Are passionate about Scotch whisky, authority, and credibility to represent our brands on a global stage.
Can commit to travelling regularly within the UK and overseas.
Are an excellent public speaker and communicator ability to influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
Are a selfconfident, outgoing individual who actively enjoys building strong relationships and is a strong networker.
Take initiative to make things happen entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, a 'can do' attitude.
Are highly active and engaging on social media.
Can work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends.
Possess a responsible attitude and approach towards alcohol.
Hold a full, UK clean driving licence.
