Job Description:


Working in a fast-paced food environment, you will be responsible for supervising a team of production operatives on a set line to ensure mínimal disruptions and all products are made to exact specifications.

Working hours are 7am - finish, finish times dependent on production volumes.


Key responsibilities of the job:

  • Setting up and running a busy production line.
  • Training & mentoring other members of the production line.
  • Keep all production operatives happy & motivated
  • Ensuring all KPI's are achieved
  • Completing relevant paper work
  • Handling raw materials
  • Machine operating & cleaning Packing finished products
  • Quality Checking
  • General house keeping
  • Working in accordance with health & safety policies

Key Skills:

  • Experience of working in a fastpaced food environment
