THE ROLE


We are looking for an experienced weight loss practitioner to join as a Weight Loss Coaching Team Quality Supervisor, reporting to the Clinical Lead for Weight Loss.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Your time will be split between team supervisor and coaching responsibilities:

  • You will support the development and training of our weight loss coaches from onboarding new starters, to up-skilling for new services and driving continuous improvement.
  • As one of our seasoned Weight Loss Coaches, you will support our customers on their weight loss journeys through 1to1 coaching, messaging, moderating 'communities' and creating content.
  • You will work closely with the Clinical Lead for Weight Loss to ensure robust clinical governance, quality standards and strong customer outcomes
This is an entrepreneurial role.

Your insights and feedback will be integral to constantly innovating and improving the offering to ensure customers obtain the best possible value and results.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customers on their weight loss journey either through 1to1 coaching (video & telephone), messaging or moderating communities.
  • Undertake regular quality assurance of coaches, providing feedback and clinical supervision when required.
  • Handle customer complaints around coaching provision.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead for Weight Loss to ensure quality assurance, clinical governance and strong customer outcomes (weight loss, customer satisfaction, retention, etc.)
  • Create valueadding customer facing materials such as nutrition advice, articles and tips, with the support of our copywriting and design team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years direct experience of supporting adults with complex and severe obesity to lose weight. Experience in NHS Tier 3 and Tier 4 services is highly desired.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in staff training and development.
  • Special interests/additional training in the following areas are highly desired: emotional eating, disordered eating, eating disorders, intuitive eating, mindful eating, motivational interviewing, behaviour change.
  • Analytical skills to meaningfully measure and report what matters with an excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels
  • A desire to optimise processes and systems to deliver better customer experience
  • Believe in going aboveandbeyond to provide a fantastic customer experience
  • Confidence, patience, politeness and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations both within the business and externally with customers
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong ability to execute
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment and selfmotivated to provide great quality of work every day
  • Reliable, trustworthy with a handson approach
