Job Description:

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Operatives is to optimise property condition and quality and to ensure the building is kept in a safe working condition.

As a Property Maintenance Apprentice your work will be varied and involve using a diverse range of skills to enable you to be involved in planned works e.g.

kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and providing ongoing maintenance and repairs activities.

As a property Maintenance Operatives you will be expected to provide maximum customer satisfaction to our residents and customers.

Length of Apprenticeship: 12-18 months
