£25k-£28k depending on experience

Dunfermline, on site office based

Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday

Progression opportunities, free parking, subsidised canteen available to all.


What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the servicing of your own geographical area
  • Liaising with customers and supply to ensure expectations are managed and met
  • Operating an internal CRM System as well as the use of MS Office, in particular Excel
  • After sales administration
  • Investigating customer complaints and resolving these in an appropriate manner
  • Scheduling and managing tradesmen
To be successful you must have a background in providing excellent customer service and operating multiple systems with ease. You'll be a confident person who is happy working in a fast paced environment.
