Eville & Jones is a business embarking on a period of change and modernisation.

With plans underway to transform our traditional People function; we are looking for a Facilitator who will implement, design and deliver a wide range of learning and development activities within the professional development of all employees according to the organisational needs.

This role, therefore, requires an L&D professional with experience in learning and development in a similar organisation.

This role would suit somebody who has worked in a fast-paced environment, who is used to establishing professional relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, and who can work with others to identify areas for improvement.


The L&D Facilitator will be supporting the L&D Specialists to deliver a Learning and Development transformation by implementing the new development process for all our employees, living the E&J behaviours and values.

They will also support the Eville & Jones population in attaining, developing, and maintaining the key skills to conduct their role effectively.

E&J Learning and Development Facilitator will provide development and support of our employees in the organisation, so the business continues to be productive.


Principal Accountabilities:


Training Delivery

  • Facilitation of programme modules (both virtual and face to face delivery) to
- multiple cohorts across the UK

  • Monitor and evaluate delegate feedback and support in making appropriate updates to content and delivery methods, including some design
  • Act as a mentor/guide for all learners enrolled within development programmes

Development

  • Work with other L&D peers, taking ownership for development of content
  • Dedicated and consistent point of contact for all programme learners
  • Support the Onboarding Partner with new inductees as they journey through their initial 12 week programme
  • Assist L&D Specialists with design and administrative duties, as required

Ongoing Support

  • Act as SME support for new and existing learners
  • Signpost relevant services as required
  • Provide support for all learners with information around relevant courses within LMS

Qualifications

  • CIPD Qualified Level 3 and/or with significant, equivalent experience

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
