Location:

Job Purpose:

To ensure safe, effective delivery and collection of MSL fleet vehicles. Responsible for complete preparation of all vehicles. Reporting to Branch Manager and assisting with any additional tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

To execute allocated delivery and collection of vehicles as per operational schedule.
Assist in devising effective journey plans and routes.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is authorised and completed including signed delivery and collection notes with customers.
Responsibility for complying with UK Driving Laws.
Ensuring that all vehicles are in a clean, roadworthy, and acceptable condition before they are delivered.
To document any damage / condition issues with the vehicles upon collection from the client.
To complete and update daily logs and document all necessary forms.
Update Manager regarding any issues with vehicles.
Adhere to company employee driving policy.
To assist with taxi/Private Hire Vehicle licensing.
To maintain a flexible attitude to changing workload during business hours and assisting with any additional activities.
To ensure vehicles are valeted to the highest standard, washing, dry, interior, and exterior.
Responsible for oil/fluid checks at preparation stage along with checking for warning lights/miscellaneous issues.
Tyre condition: tread depth/pressures to be completed and signed for.
