Job Description:


Are you an agency or in-house recruiter wanting to work closer with your key stakeholders? Are you looking to join a rapidly growing team with genuine career development opportunities? If so, we have opportunities available which are flexible in location with hybrid working embraced, within a fantastic and high performing in-house Talent Acquisition team.


We are seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partners to enhance our service offering within our Buildings & Places function across the UK and Ireland.

You'll be supporting teams that cover a variety of disciples such as project management, cost management, engineering, architecture and design management amongst other roles.


Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for B&P, the key aim of this role will be to deliver fast and effective service to the business and provide innovative recruitment solutions to hire the best talent on time and in budget.

You will become a key member of the established B&P Talent Acquisition team, so you won't be alone, we have a great team ethos and attitude and we work closely with our wider HR colleagues and business managers.

In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders across your sector on workforce talent planning and recruitment. You will develop strong relationships across the organisation working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.


Job Duties:


  • Consult with the business on staffing strategy, hiring and sourcing trends
  • Provide an extensive breadth of market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies
  • Participate in business meetings to stay up to date on what is happening in the line of business and geography in terms of new business, projects that are ending and skills needed
  • Actively participate in recruitment meetings with the team and the stakeholders
  • Optimise job postings for marketability for internal and external positions
  • Utilise all sourcing tools available and provide innovative ideas on sourcing strategies when required.
  • Participate in recruiting events when required
  • Support the Recruitment Manager on Adhoc projects as and when required
Minimum Requirements


  • Experience of recruiting project managers, cost managers, quantity surveyors or architecture roles
  • Extensive demonstrable stakeholder management experience
  • Experience attracting technical/niche talent via social media
  • Experience of creating and implementing impactful recruitment strategies that go beyond the norm

Qualifications:


  • Use of Smart Recruiters and/or Workday
  • Strategic Workforce planning experience
