General Teaching Assistant Person Specification

1st class or 2:1 graduate from a top UK university
Degree in English/Maths/Science preferred but not essential
Strong A levels & GCSEs
Enthusiasm and passion for education & young people
Some previous experience of working/volunteering with young people is essential
