How will you make an impact?

A Day in the Life:

Use a sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.).
Follow established service quality standards and meet order and inquiry processing time standards (talk time, aftercall work, order accuracy etc.).

Keys to Success:

What we looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Working within an office environment is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Solid understanding of Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Software and SAP Software preferred.
Ability to repetitively type, have considerable interaction on the telephone, and regularly view a computer monitor.
Ability to demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with customers, as well as the ability to handle confidential and/or proprietary information.
Initiative and organization skills are extremely valuable to ensure good customer service.
