Client Services Director - Up to £55,000 - Lancashire (Hybrid Working) - Agency

We're proud to be working with a prestigious Digital agency in their search for a Client Services Director This is a brand new role for the agency, and therefore you will play a pivotal part in contributing to their success and growth.

As Client Services Director, you will be the point of contact for this agency's delivery team, as well as a key partner for their client base.

Part of the role will be the successful onboarding of new clients to the agency, as well as retaining and developingrelationships with existing.

This agency specialises in ecommerce and building websites, so they're needing someone from an Agency or Brand side background who is comfortable and confident in ecommerce platforms and conversion.

The role:

Management of the Project Management team, including monthly checkins, career development and resource management
Working with the CEO to look at options for scaling the business, additional revenue streams and implementing effective processes
Handling of client commercials and overseeing budget management, spend and upselling products to existing and new clients
Retention of both clients and employees, ensuring happiness and cohesive working partnerships
Staying at the forefront of technology and developments within ecommerce, plus managing 3rd party relationships

About you:

Senior client services background from an Agency, or Brand Consultant operating within the ecommerce space.
Proven track record in building strong relationships and management of a team
Strong negotiation skills and ability to troubleshoot issues if necessary
A passion for ecommerce and technology
Desire to grow with an ambitious and successful agency making waves in their space
