We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, an independent practice in the Staffordshire area. The position is available on a Full or Part Time basis.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you'll be required to work Full Time or Part Time.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£50,000
£55,000 (pro rata for Part Time)
RICS fees paid
CPD
Equipment provided

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS
Ability to carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys
Commercial experience preferred but not essential

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out Level 1 and 2 Surveys and subsequent reports, across Birmingham, Derbyshire and Notts
