About Operations:

The Operations division is at the heart of our customers' experience here at THG.

We Manufacture a wide range of sports nutrition and cosmetic consumer good that we then dispatch to out customers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purpose-built, innovative manufacturing and distribution centres.

Manufacturing Operations

THG's MyProtein Manufacturing Division works 24/7 to produce a wide range of high-quality sports nutrition products and supplements from our factories based all over the world.

_ This role is based at our David Berryman's Site in Luton, UK._

Responsibilities:

Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
Conduct Quality Control tests as required
Set up the manufacturing equipment and process.
Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
Operate, control, monitor and conduct cleaning for the manufacturing process equipment.
Ensure we can achieve our KPIs and targets.
Ensure the work area meets required GMP hygiene standards
Maintain and support right firsttime culture
Ensure all waste management measures are being adhered to.

Role Requirements:
Computer literate with strong communication skills

Strong attention to detail and professional attitude

Experience in food manufacturing and in people management
