About Our Client:

This client is a leader within home furnishings and they are looking for a Temporary E-commerce Customer Advisor to join their Heywood team on a temp to perm basis

As a Temporary E-commerce Customer Advisor you will:

  • Provide inbound written queries as part of the Customer Service team
  • Supporting customers throughout the entire customer journey
  • Work towards allocated targets and KPI's & SLA
  • Working towards team objective

The Successful Applicant:


To be successful in this role:

  • Can start immediately after interviewing

Experience within e-commerce retail (1 year minimum):

  • Knowledge in Zendesk or Similar software
  • Ability to provide unique and personable responses
  • IT literacy
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, think proactively & creatively
