The role:

Catering System Administrator [12 months secondment]

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catering System Administrator to join our On-Board Experience Team.

The incredible dynamic aviation environment will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and grow your career within a dedicated and encouraging team.


What you'll do:

This role is to act as the functional expert for the current and future catering operations management system.


What you'll bring to British Airways:

Utilising your experience with regard to computer science, internet technology, data management, airline or catering to support the delivery of the key business priorities.

You will play a key part in providing the day-to-day data management and entry of the catering operations management system to support the catering operations and hence desired customer experience.


Your experience:


Confident with systems and data management, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines, understanding of airline business, ground and flight operations, understanding of airline scheduled procedures an advantage are desirable for this role.
