The role of the Customer Service Team Leader involves:

  • Overseeing team KPIs.
  • Collaborating with the Internal Sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Daily supervision and development of the Customer Service Team.
  • Conducting 121's with team members.
  • Ensuring accuracy and adherence in the order and delivery process.
  • Managing workload to ensure timely delivery.
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the customer service team.
  • Proactively identifying process enhancements and implementing improvements.
  • Leading training initiatives for the team.
  • Addressing customer complaints swiftly and proactively find solutions.

What our client is looking for:

  • Ability to train and evaluate others effectively and be able to demonstrate leadership.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints.
  • Exceptional decisionmaking skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Huddersfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
