A highly regarded national firm seeks a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate to join their top ranked team in Sheffield.

The Opportunity:


The team in Sheffield is led by widely-recognised leader in the field and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Partner on high profile restructurings, trading/pre-pack administrations and complex corporate insolvency matters.

The team advises insolvency practitioners, corporates, boards of directors, lenders, investors and business purchasers across all issues arising as a result of financial pressure and distress.

What they're looking for:


You will have had exposure to restructuring and non-contentious insolvency work either during your training or after qualification, to include insolvency advisory work, distressed business and asset sales and finance and security matters.

The ability to work in a fast-paced practice with enthusiasm and passion.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
The desire to join a growing, entrepreneurial team and be involved in business development.
The ability to meet client expectations and sound case management skills.
A proven track record of competent financial management.
