We are looking for a project Administrator to join our Mitie Team to provide administrative, planning and project,
supporting a varied and engaging role within the Hard service and Project team.

This oppertunity also requires contract management of works on site for both Mitie and our specialist contactors, scheduling and coordinating Projects.

You will be Integral in the maintenance of all compliance / project documentation, files and auditing tools are kept up to date and fit for purpose.

Your responsibilities will include Creation of project requests, including supporting the pricing and implementation process. To arrange and attend site meetings with key stakeholders. Maintaining positive client relationships. Closing out of projects once completed, creating and maintaining project documentation and detailed reports.

Assist with contractor control and management ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget with risk and opportunities identified.

Auditing of contractors on site as required. Attend and support Project, Lifecycle and Variation audits. Support for your line manager when on annual leave.

Undertake any elements of the contract at the HSE in Buxton within your capabilities, and assist with any other project requirements.


Qualifications & Skills
Professional Certificate in Health and Safety (ISOH or NEBOSH) desirable. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe. Excellent literacy and numerical skills. Demonstrates excellent time management to set priorities and meet deadlines. Able to communicate at all levels and confident in building relationships. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Ability to efficiently plan and programme work along with being proactive in your thinking and approach to your tasks. Attention to detail and adaptable in approach as well as solution focussed.


Experience Required will be Proven project background / experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of the FM Hard Services industry is advantageous. Experience in client interaction will be essential.
Microsoft Package experience is essential.


Additional Information
This is a Permanent role. Hours worked per week 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri (40 hrs). Overall Reporting to the Engineering Service Delivery Manage
