Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Ganger to join our team from a bricklaying background. The Site Ganger will play a crucial role in overseeing labour on site


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers onsite
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines
  • Monitor the use of equipment and materials to ensure efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members
  • Provide guidance and support to construction workers as needed
  • Must be able to fill in relevant paper work when required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • CSCS Card required for site
