About Our Client:

Our client is a West London business looking to recruit an experienced credit controller into their established finance team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Dealing with customer queries and opening new customer accounts carrying out all relevant checks
  • Reconciling daily banking and customer accounts
  • Reconciling petty cash for multiple site
  • Liaising with internal colleagues to ensure all customer accounts are correct and reconciled
  • Generating credit notes relating to returns and price corrections
  • Authorising orders/deliveries dependent on customer credit status
  • Generating daily invoices
  • Supporting Sales Ledger with other tasks and queries

The Successful Applicant:


  • Knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong experience within a credit control
  • Knowledge of the property industry an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and genuine persona.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced and stressful environment.
  • Excellent communicator, verbally, written, and face to face, with a smart, cheerful, and professional appearance.
