Commercial deployment data maintenance expert & coordinator

£235 pd - Inside IR35, or £170 PAYE pd


Contract: 12 month contract


Our leading manufacturing client is looking for a Commercial Expert to join global MGS Commercial team for an interim 12 month contract with possible extension.


This role coordinates the data activities with various job families within commercial teams, actively driving delivery of the project to successful implementation for the included sites.

The role involves strong liaison with internal stakeholders


Role Responsibilities:


  • Identify the data input needs for the TT ITR from commercial job families
  • Translate TT ITR data requitement prerequisites
  • Review "from and to" situation and gap
  • Design the gap closing activities holistically and taking priorities connected to deployment plan into account
  • Drives the data management and input to main systems (SAP)
  • Connects with suppliers on labels requirements and aligning with the factories for approvals
  • Clearly communicates with all levels of stakeholders to drive effectiveness (corporate, global & local/ inside Commercial & with other functions).
  • Drives transparency by actively managing risks as well as implementing clear escalation procedures.
  • Aligns and communicates updates within Commercial.
  • Capitalizes on generated learnings.
  • Fully utilizes synergies for more efficiency in the implementation.
  • Is an expert in project/ program/ change management good practice
  • Ensures knowledge management and transfers learnings & best practices across the relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Works independently with intentionality and clear outcomeoriented focus.
