The role will involve a range of duties, including:

  • Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating job offers.
  • Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone/ video call.
Recruitment is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection.

The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs you will not enjoy this position.

We need people who see rejection as a motivator for success. This will be an emotional roller coaster, good days, bad days, days where you question it all but when it goes right, it is 100% worth it
